This apartment with sunny balcony is modern, light and spacious. Located in the area 'Laan van Spartaan', a relatively quiet neighborhood close to the lovely green Sloterpark. Different public transport options are closeby (metro/bus/tram), bringing you around the city quick and easy. Within 5 mins by bike you can find a supermarket, shops, different restaurants, bars and parks. And by car, you're on the high in just a few mins as well. For bikes there's a designated parking area reserved in the garage.
The apartment itself is quite new and easy in use. In the living has big windows overlooking greenery, with sun on the balcony in summer. The living room has enough space for an extra desk to work at home, next to sofa, dining table, tv furniture and so on. The kitchen has all the modern, sustainable commodities you need, like combi over-microwave, fridge, freezer and keramic hot plates. The bath room is ensuite to the bedroom, with separate toilet.
Current furniture (sofa, bed, table, chairs, laundry machine etc) is optional. The apartment can be rented with this furniture, for an extra price. Or it can be delivered empty without current furniture, though this will change the starting date of the contract to a later stage.
Starting date of contract is negotiable. Preferably no pets.
