Shortstays Amsterdam offers a selection of apartments across the city, perfect for short-term stays for those coming to Amsterdam for work or study.

Rental Details:
- Duration: 6 months minimum – students may rent for up to 24 months
- Registration: allowed for up to 2 persons
- Income check: not required; a great attitude and a nice personality matter more to us
- Apartment features: fully equipped for your convenience
- Kitchen: includes an oven/microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, and fridge — plus cups & plates, pots & pans, glasses, cutlery, and more, and, last but not least, a Nespresso machine and a kettle
- Laundry: washing machine and dryer provided in the apartment
- Heating: independent heating in the apartment
- Furnishings: queen-size bed, closet, sofa, dining table and chairs
- Simply bring your luggage and settle in — ready to work or study right away!
Pricing:
- Rent: €2,700/month
- Utilities (water, gas, electricity, WiFi, and service costs): €300/month
- Deposit: €1,000

We're looking for respectful and responsible tenants who will treat the property with care. We don't require an excessive income multiple (such as 48x the monthly rent) or any guarantors — just a reasonable security deposit and kind, tidy tenants who respect the house and its surroundings.

Our Process:
You can view the apartment in person or via FaceTime — we'll arrange a time that works for you. After the viewing, if we both feel good about working together, we'll send over the draft rental agreement for you to review. Once both parties have signed, the deposit is due within a few days. Rent plus utilities for the arrival month is due before or on the 1st of that month.
