On the characterful Noordereiland — right between Rotterdam's two famous bridges — we are renting out a charming, furnished apartment with a beautiful view over the river. The building's authentic details have been preserved and combined with modern comfort, so you can settle in straight away.
The apartment has an open, classic layout with one bedroom with a double bed, a large livingroom which can be also used as the second bedroom, a full kitchen, a bathroom and a lovely sunny balcony — perfect for breakfast outside. A washing machine is included in the kitchen as well as the fridge and oven.
Noordereiland is one of Rotterdam's most special spots: quiet, with local traffic only and an endlessly fascinating view over the water. The city centre is about a 15-minute walk away, or a quick trip by bike, bus or car.
Good to know: the apartment is reached via a staircase and the building carries sound a much more than new-build homes, so we kindly ask tenants to be mindful of neighbours after 11 pm. The neighbours below are sensitive for noise, so be aware you can only rent this place if you quiet in living.
