As we will be staying abroad for work for several months, we are looking for tenants to enjoy our lovely family home in Amsterdam-West, in the heart of De Baarsjes.
*Available from 15 March through 15 June 2027.*
Our spacious and comfortable family home features:
• *Four bedrooms:*
• 1 large bedroom with a *180 cm double bed*
• 1 large bedroom with a *160 cm double bed*
• 1 bedroom with a *loft bed and a cosy little sofa underneath*
• 1 bedroom with a *toddler bed or baby cot*
• A lovely city garden of approximately 30 m²
• A bathroom with both a shower and bathtub
• Two toilets
• Fully furnished and ready to move in
The house is located in a lively and welcoming part of De Baarsjes, just around the corner from Jan Evertsenstraat and close to Jan Pieter Heijestraat, with shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport all within easy reach.
*Rent: €5,000 per month, excluding gas, water and electricity.*
We would preferably rent out the house for the *entire three-month period* and are looking for someone who will treat our home with care.
