This apartment is intended for tenants looking for a temporary lease. Specifically, the property is tailored for international students or those currently registered in a different municipality who are pursuing a degree in Utrecht.
Alternatively, the residence is available to divorced or separated parents with minor children who require urgent housing to maintain close proximity to their family.
The apartment is very well located. The city center of Utrecht is within 10 minutes cycling distance and the station Lunetten lies within very comfortable walking distance (100m). The apartment has luxurious furnished facilities. You only need to bring your suit case to move in. Bathroom and toilet have recently been redone and the property has been fitted with floor insulation and a hybrid heat pump. A big extra is the large private garden. It's very spacious, well maintained and a joy to relax in. The Lunetten district is a popular, quiet district with mainly family homes from 1980 to 2002. In the neighborhood are several shops, two supermarkets, gym and restaurants within 200 meter. Parking is free on public roads. Lunetten is well situated in relation to the roads A12, A27 and A2. The Hondsrug is a nice, cozy, and quiet street with a good location compared to the above amenities. The house is close by green walking areas.
