We are looking for respectful and responsible tenants who will treat the property with care. We do not require an excessive income multiple (such as 48x the monthly rent) nor any guarantors. We simply ask for a reasonable security deposit and kind, tidy tenants who respect the house and its surroundings. Please note that, as this is a recreational property, official registration (for long-term rental) is not possible.
