The apartment is spacious and ideal for a single person or a couple. It has a separate bedroom and bathroom, and a big living room which integrates kitchen, living space and a working area. There is the opportunity to rent a parking space right in front of the apartment. The apartment also has a balcony and a private cave with storing space for a bike and furniture. The apartment is semi-furnished and includes a fixed kitchen, bathroom, as well as flooring, curtains and lighting. No movable furniture is included. The furniture on below pictures is deemed for illustrational purposes only. There might be the opportunity to pay some of the furniture from the previous tenant if desired.
The price includes charges, such as gas, water and other service charges. Gas costs are estimated based on past consumption and will have to be paid upfront. At the end of the year, the final costs will be determined upon use. Other service charges include management and maintenance costs, electricity consumption of common areas in the building (not related to the apartment), green area maintenance, caretaker costs, central heating maintenance and cleaning costs of common areas of the building (e.g. staircase). Electricity and internet is not included in service costs and will have to be managed individually by the tenant. Based on sample providers, these costs can be expected to amount to 60€ in total.
