The house is located in the popular area “Literatuurwijk”, within walking distance of the international primary school Letterland, a daycare center, public transport, a large supermarket (Vomar), wellness center and gym (Actifit) and a pharmacy (Archipel). The area is child-friendly and in front of the house there is a playground.
The house: on the ground floor there is the living room with large sliding doors to the garden, the semi-open kitchen with Siemens combi-oven and induction stove, a separate toilet and a storage space. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and a bath. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and washing room and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the third floor there is one large bedroom/office-room.
The garden is very sunny in the afternoon, and it has a garden storage and there is a separate back yard entrance.
Amsterdam is easily accessible: 20 minutes by car to Amsterdam South (Zuidas), 45 mins by public transport. The center of Almere is 10-15 minutes by car/bicycle/public transport.
