We have a big room (30m2) on the ground floor available for rent. Students/PhD students only.
The bathroom and kitchen are on the same floor, and they are both shared with one other tenant. There's also a shared back garden. From the back of the house there's a shared storage shed where you can park your bike or store some stuff.
The house has a perfect location, just a few minutes by bike from Strijp-S train station, about 10 minutes by bike to the city centre, and around 15 minutes to TU/e and Fontys.
Costs:
- Rent is €896 per month
- €100 advance for service costs (gas, water, electricity, internet) per month
- €25 advance for municipal taxes per month
- Total costs per month: €1021
- The deposit is two months' rent: €1792
Please be aware that this room will only be rented to students or PhD students, and will only be rented to one person (so no couples).
Registration at the address is possible.
