Two rooms available for one student/PhD student.
These two rooms are rented together to a single tenant: one room of 6 m² on the first floor and one of 6.5 m² on the second floor. Both are for private use and come unfurnished.
The bathroom and kitchen are on the first floor, and there's a large shared roof terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen. These are all shared with two other tenants.
From the back of the house there’s a shared storage shed where you can park your bike or store some stuff.
The house has a perfect location, just a few minutes by bike from Strijp-S train station, about 10 minutes by bike to the city centre, and around 15 minutes to TU/e and Fontys.
Costs:
- Rent is €685 per month (this is the total for both rooms)
- €75 advance for service costs (gas, water, electricity, internet) per month
- €25 advance for municipal taxes per month
- Total costs per month: €785
- The deposit is two months' rent: €1370
Please be aware that these rooms will only be rented to students or PhD students, and will only be rented to one person (so no couples). Registration at the address is possible. No smoking and no pets allowed.
