Beautiful house in Bergermeer Alkmaar, rental period 3 MONTHS, from end of November 2024 - end of February 2025.
Spacious house, this makes it feel comfortable. Open floorplan on ground floor with big kitchen. A lot of light enters from both front and back garden. First floor has 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. The attic is in use as man cave/office/playground kids. The garden is big enough to sit in the sun or shadow. Parking can be done on own ground, and bikes can
be stored in the garage. There is a cat, Mango, in the house that needs some love and food.
requirements:
income 3x monthly rental
2 months deposit
no sub rental/ no parties/ no extra pets
energy has to be paid seperatly from rent
(indication 250 euros/month depending on usage)
